Through breath, we uncover parts of ourselves long lost or forgotten.
Through breath, we return to the body as a source of truth.

What This Work Is

Breathwork is a somatic practice that creates space—space to feel, to listen, and to reconnect with what lives beneath the noise of everyday life.

Using conscious, connected breath, we gently quiet the mind and allow the body to lead. Sensations, emotions, memories, and insight may surface; not because they’re forced, but because the nervous system finally has permission to soften.

This work is not about achieving a peak experience or fixing what’s “wrong.”
It’s about remembering what’s already here.

Holding the Container

My role is not to push or provoke, but to hold a steady, grounded container where your body can unfold at its own pace.

Each session is guided with care, presence, and respect for your unique experience. We move slowly enough to listen and intentionally enough to create safety.

Breathwork with me is:

  • somatic, not performative

  • intuitive, not prescriptive

  • grounded in self-trust rather than catharsis

What arises is always met with choice, agency, and integration.

What to Expect

Each breathwork session is guided, intentional, and paced to support safety and self-trust.

We’ll begin by orienting, briefly grounding in the body and setting context for the session. From there, you’ll be guided into a conscious, connected breathing pattern designed to gently quiet the mind and bring awareness into the body.

The session is set to music that I intuitively select for each experience. The music acts as a steady companion, supporting rhythm, emotional movement, and depth without directing or overpowering your process.

During the breathwork itself, you may experience:

  • physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, heaviness, or lightness

  • emotional release or waves of feeling

  • memories, imagery, or insight

  • deep relaxation or stillness

There is no “right” experience. Everything that arises is information rather than something to fix or force.

You are always in choice. You may slow your breath, pause, or shift positions at any time.

We’ll close with time to reorient and integrate, allowing the body to settle and what surfaced to land. Sharing is always optional.

Many people leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to themselves, though experiences can continue to unfold in the days that follow.

What are your breathwork offerings?

I offer breathwork in a few different formats, depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

  • Group Breathwork
A shared, guided experience in an intentional space. These sessions are set to music and include time to settle and integrate. Sharing is always optional.

  • 1:1 Initiation Session
An intentional entry point into breathwork and working together. This session is designed for those who are new to breathwork or want a gentler introduction before moving into deeper work.

  • Ongoing 1:1 Breathwork
Extended, personalized sessions for those who want to explore breathwork as part of a deeper, ongoing process.

Group sessions may be offered virtually or in person. One-to-one sessions are tailored to the individual and paced with care.

FAQs

What might come up during a session?

1

Everyone’s experience is different. You may notice physical sensations, emotional release, memories, insights, or simply a sense of calm. All experiences are welcome.

Not at all. If it’s our first time working together (or if you need in subsequent sessions), I will explain the arc of the breathwork, what to expect, and the breath pattern we will be doing.

2

Do I need experience with breathwork?

Wear comfortable clothing, choose a quiet space, and come with curiosity rather than expectation.
An eye-mask or eye covering along with headphones are encouraged for zoom sessions.

3

How should I prepare?

Yes. This work is guided with an emphasis on safety, choice, and nervous system awareness.

4

Is this trauma-informed?

About your facilitator

I come to this work grounded in the body and guided by care. I hold breathwork as a practice of listening rather than doing, creating a steady and supportive environment where the body can move at its own pace and self-trust can return.

I completed a 100-hour breathwork facilitator training, which included extensive personal practice and mastery of the breath before guiding others. This foundation ensures that the work is led from lived experience, not theory.

Alongside this training, I have facilitated many breathwork sessions across settings, including virtual and in-person experiences, both one-to-one and in group spaces. This breadth allows me to meet people where they are and adapt the work to different needs and nervous system capacities.

My background includes years of holding space and continued study in nervous system regulation and somatic awareness. I approach this work with humility, presence, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

I do not believe in forcing release or manufacturing transformation. I believe in pacing, choice, and the body’s innate intelligence.

Breathwork is one of the tools I use in my work, not an identity or performance. It lives alongside my broader commitment to helping people slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves
